Please note that if you choose to use insurance, I will need to submit a diagnosis and a ‘legal sex.’

I am in-network* with the following insurance panels:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO/Choice)

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health/Optum

*Each individual plan is different, and you will need to confirm with the insurance carrier directly. Some third-party carriers use the above networks.

Fees

The out-of-pocket rate for each individual/couples session is $150.

The out-of-pocket rate for each group session is $50.

I offer a sliding scale in discussion with the client. Please contact me for details.

Missed appointments and cancellations within 24-hours of service may be subject to a fee.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service.

Clients are required to keep a card on file. Major credit/debit cards, FSA and HSA cards accepted.

Credit card information and processing is securely handled by third-party SimplePractice/Stripe.
